Anthony Louw (Tony) obtained his BLC and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria in 1984. On completing his Articles, he was admitted as an attorney in 1988, and as a conveyancer in September 1995.
He was appointed as a director of Tuckers Attorneys in March 2005 and specialises in the fields of Commercial Law, Company Law, Property Law, Business and Share Transfer Agreements.
He litigates in both the High Court and the Magistrates Court, and has been admitted in accordance with Section 4(3) of the High Courts Act No 62 of 1995.
As a conveyancer, Tony attends to the opening of Townships Registers and Sectional Title Development Schemes, and the preparation and execution of transfers and bond registrations within those developments.
In addition to the aforementioned, he served as the Secretary and Vice- Chairman of the Boksburg Attorneys Association, and as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court, Boksburg.
