History:

Brendan Muller completed his B.Proc degree at University of the Western Cape (UWC) in 1997. He also continued to his LLB degree at the same university in 1997.

Brendan is the Managing Director of Brendan Müller Inc Attorneys and heads up the firm’s Litigation Department and practices in the area of Commercial Litigation.

Since the inception of his legal career, Brendan during his 20 years in practice ran a litigation practice, where he specialized in High Court Litigation, company law; retail; insurance, amongst others.

The practice is, essentially, a commercial law practise, specialising in litigation - from the Magistrate’s and High Courts.

All litigation matters are dealt with. We have experience in negotiating and the drafting of commercial and other agreements. A particular expertise is litigation. Brendan’s client base includes small, medium and large corporates for which he runs litigation in all forums.
