History:

Gys studied law at the University of Stellenbosch and obtained his LLB degree in 1994.
He did his post graduate studies in Business Management and obtained a PGDip(BMA) at the University of Stellenbosch Business School in 2017. He was admitted and enrolled as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa (Western Cape Division, Cape Town) on 18 October 1996 and is currently also enrolled as a practicing attorney at the North Gauteng High Court, Pretoria. He has been appointed as director of various private companies through the years and is currently a director of Alliance Call Centre Services in Pretoria, specializing in large scale debt collection. Apart from his specialised knowledge of the credit industry and legal debt collection he also has vast experience in the business environment and commercial law.
