Nolizwi is a space occupier, worthy and deserving, proving that young black women are able, competent, efficient and thorough. An admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She has a good track record of stepping into a discipline and easily adapting, evidenced through her previous work experience.

She commenced her career as a Candidate Attorney at Legal Aid South Africa, then became a Legal Consultant at Deloitte. She stepped into the financial and banking sector through her employment as a Case Manager at the FAIS Ombud and as a Senior Legal Consultant at Standard Bank.
