History:

After graduating from the University of Stellenbosch in 2007, Roux served his articles at the Cape Town office of Africa's largest IP firm, Adams & Adams.

Roux founded Potgieter + Associates during December of 2010 and is currently a member of the South African Institute for Intellectual Property Lawyers.

He specialises in various aspects of commerical and IP law and has a particular interest in trademark searches, filings and prosecutions on behalf of new, small and medium enterprises.
