History:

I joined the de Chalains IP team in 2002. In 2009 I obtained my LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA).

I deal with all trade mark matters with penchant for the preparation, filing and prosecution of trade marks in SADC countries and in the International trade mark arena.

I also conduct atrade Mark clearance searches as well as filing and prosecution in South Africa.

I am currently a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces (LSNP) and a student member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property (SAIIPL).

In March 2020 I was promoted to the position of Senior Associate.
