Eddie Sellner

Eddie is the Co-Founder and Executive: Tax Advisory at TRM Tax Attorneys, where he leads the firm's Tax Advisory and Debt Management practice. With more than 29 years' experience in the tax industry, including 17 years at SARS in the Debt Management Department, he brings extensive experience navigating SARS processes, risk profiling, and enforcement strategy, enabling him to craft commercially sound and legally robust solutions for complex compliance and debt matters.

He holds a BCompt (Accounting) and an LLB and is a registered Tax Practitioner. Eddie specialises in high-level tax debt negotiations and strategic dispute management, including deferred payment arrangements, compromise applications, payment suspensions, penalty remittances, and complex enforcement matters. He regularly advises on Tax Board and Tax Court proceedings, assisting corporate groups and high-net-worth individuals to restore compliance while safeguarding cash flow and operational stability.
