History:

Arisha obtained her LLB from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2013. During her studies, she was awarded the Penny Andrews Award for research and client satisfaction. She has been exposed to and experienced in both the legal sector (Junaid Khamissa Attorneys and Scorpion Legal Protection) and in the corporate sector (LexisNexis).

As a Candidate Attorney, she was exposed to all aspects of business, property and criminal law. Arisha posses sound judgment and excellent problem-solving abilities. She is able to prepare, run and follow up on various matters concurrently.

As an Attorney in the corporate sector, Arisha has gained immense experience in dealing with property disputes between landlords and tenants, managing agent disputes, issues arising within a body corporate and sectional title schemes, as well as evictions.

Arisha has settled various family law matters, including divorces, custody issues and domestic disputes. She always ensures that the best interest of her clients are the focal point.

She has also gained experience in drafting agreements, insolvency law and the business rescue procedure.

Arisha has further obtained an advanced course in Business Rescue (Law Society of South Africa-LEAD and UNISA) and has completed short courses on the Forms of Business Enterprises (Law Society of South Africa – LEAD), Sectional Title Practices (Paddocks) and Insolvency Law (Law Society of South Africa – LEAD).
 
She is a person who can speak comfortably to large audiences, and is able to chair meetings and enquiries. She is a motivated lady, who strives to ensure access to justice.
