Jan Olivier is an Attorney, Notary Public, and Director at JH Olivier Inc. Attorneys. He is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with full right of appearance in the High Court.

He holds an LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and provides strategic, solutions-driven legal representation across a wide range of specialised practice areas. His work is characterised by meticulous preparation, strong analytical capability, and a commitment to advancing his clients’ legal and commercial objectives.

Jan focuses a significant portion of his practice on Property Law, Contract Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Litigation.
