Jenna specialises in commercial law and competition law. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and re-organisations, shareholder structures, general corporate law advice, corporate governance, and black economic empowerment transactions.

She has broad experience having acted for clients in both local and cross-border transactions within the agricultural, banking, private equity, logistics, private healthcare, private security, mining, property, and manufacturing sectors.

Jenna advises on and drafts a wide range of commercial contracts including sale of shares and business agreements, subscription agreements and shareholders agreements. She also regularly prepares and handles merger filings and advises on competition law compliance issues.

She also has a keen interest in environmental law and advises clients on all aspects of environmental compliance, including environmental authorisations, water law and waste law compliance.
