Siya Mkhize

Siya specialises in environmental, clean energy, health and safety law providing legal advice to both private and public sector clients. He has specialist knowledge in environmental, health and safety law compliance and is a lead auditor for SHE Compliance audits conducted for various multinational companies. He has conducted SHE and Labour law Compliance audits in foreign jurisdictions such as Namibia, Zambia, Lesotho & Botswana. Siya further has Litigation experience up to the Constitutional Court and has done legal registers and training for companies operating in various sectors such as mining, maritime, environmental, energy, banking, petrochemical and waste management.

Siya is a member of the South African Environmental Law Association (ELA), International Association for Impact Assessments South Africa (IAIAsa) and the National Association for Clean Air (NACA).
