History:

Andrew is a specialist commercial attorney. He concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder structures, shareholder relationships, corporate governance, general corporate law advice and banking and finance transactions.

Andrew regularly advises clients on matters relating to corporate and Companies Act issues, as well as advising a variety of banks on the finance related structures and equity acquisitions, this extends to cover Islamic finance.

He has advised local and international clients, and he has been the principal attorney in many substantial acquisitions and disposal transactions.

Service on Boards and Associations: Andrew has served on the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society Council. He is currently the Chairman of the board of governors of Kearsney College. He was also a governor and Chairman on the DPHS governing body and a trustee of the DPHS Educational Trust
