History:

Sharusha specialises in family law, labour law, and serves as the firm’s Head of Commercial Litigation.

She has successfully represented several large Companies and SME clients in complex commercial and labour disputes. In family law, she has represented both moms and dads with care and sensitivity, always mindful of their and their children’s best interests. Where possible, she tries to settle matters out of court, using a collaborative approach to law.

When the holistic approach doesn’t work, she can be relied on to fight for a client’s rights. She works closely with specialist advocates and social workers, play therapists and other experts.
