History:

Sithembiso joined Clarks in February 2016 as a Senior Associate, previously been employed for three years at the University of the Witwatersrand School of Law. In March 2020, Sithembiso was appointed as a Director at Clarks Attorneys. Sithembiso holds an LLB and Post Graduate Diploma in Law both from Wits. Sithembiso was an attorney in the Law Clinic and a lecturer in the School of Law. He taught the subjects Civil Procedure and Practical Legal Studies to 3rd year and final year law students respectively. Sithembiso is passionate about family and personal law because it has a direct impact on people’s lives. This impact he believes, extends to every sphere of society either positively or negatively. He prefers the former. Outside work, Sithembiso is a passionate sportsman and keen traveler. He enjoys his weekly indoor soccer matches.
