Kate has over 11 years' experrience in family law and specialises in divorce, maintenance, domestic violence and matters of custody and access.

Mediation Experience

Kate has completed a divorce mediation course with Legal Education And Development (LEAD). Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution that has become mandatory in certain family related matters in our courts’ division. She is also qualified in drafting parental plans, parental rights and responsibilities agreements, surrogacy agreements, separation agreements and Memoranda of Understanding in mediations.

Kate’s passion lies in family law mediation disputes. Kate also assist clients in immigration law matters.
