Theo Kleinhans

Theo Kleinhans is the Head of the Conveyancing Department at Marto Lafitte & Associates Inc., where he has led the team since joining the firm in 2013. He holds a B Proc degree from the University of Port Elizabeth (1995) and has been admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer since 2004, and as a Notary Public since 2009.

Theo brings over two decades of specialised experience in all aspects of property law. He has handled a wide variety of residential, commercial, and sectional title transactions with precision and efficiency.
