History:
Johandè Ehlers-Müller studied law at the University of Pretoria, where she obtained her LLB degree, and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 27 July 2016.
She is an admitted attorney with right of appearance in the High Court, Regional Court and Magistrates’ Court, and is also a qualified Conveyancer and Notary Public.
Johandè is a passionate litigator who assists both private and commercial clients across a broad range of legal matters. Her practice includes commercial and private litigation, criminal law, debt collection, family law and insolvency matters. She also advises clients on labour law disputes, property-related disputes and litigation, and provides notarial services as well as assistance with property transfers and bond registrations.
