Cobus van Staden studied law at the University of Pretoria, where he obtained his LLB degree, and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 20 April 2006.

He has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and represents clients in both the Magistrates’ Court and High Court. Cobus advises on a wide range of commercial and private legal matters and regularly assists clients in resolving complex disputes.

His practice includes commercial and private litigation, criminal law matters, debt collection, insolvency and property-related disputes. Cobus also assists clients in family law matters, including divorce proceedings and related family disputes.

He provides focused legal advice and effective representation to both private and corporate clients.
