Jan Joubert is the founding director of Joubert Scholtz Attorneys and has been practising law since 1986, when he was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He studied law at the University of Pretoria, where he obtained his Baccalaureus Procurationis (B Proc) degree.

With more than three decades of experience in the legal profession, Jan has built a strong reputation in conveyancing and property-related matters. He currently heads the Conveyancing Department at Joubert Scholtz Attorneys and oversees complex property transactions, sectional title matters, servitudes and township establishment.
