History:

Johan is a Director and head of the Personal Injury & Third-Party Claim Practice.

Johan served as an Offical within the South African Police Service for 21 years, before joining the firm in 2007, and as such Johan has extensive knowldge and undersatdning regarding public sector administration and resource management.

Johan is known for his exceptional attention to detail and diligence and has proven to be an invaluable asset to the MW Attorneys team.

Johan has a vast knowledge and understanding of High Court Litigation and as such succsessfully represented numerous foreign clients in their Personal Injury and Third-Party Claims.

Johan will also be able to assist with the finanlisation of divorce and other proceedings pertaining to family law.
