History:

Neil obtained B.Com Law and LL.B degrees at the University of the Free State in 2006 and 2008. He joined Webber Newdigate Attorneys in 2010 and became a partner at the firm in 2012 and became a partner at the sister firm, Webbers Attorneys, in Bloemfontein in 2014. Neil completed the SARIPA Programme in Insolvency Law and Practice with distinction in 2014. He also completed the Advanced Programme in Practical Insolvency Litigation and Administration certificate, presented by the University of Pretoria with distinction in 2020. Neil has extensive experience in the High Court and Commercial Court of Lesotho, particularly relating to commercial litigation, collections, insolvency law and media defamation law.
