History:

Willie concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, taxation, competition law and corporate governance. He also advises a number of major corporate clients on strategic issues within a commercial context. Willie has a special interest in alternative dispute resolution and has been both an arbitrator and a mediator in many commercial and labour disputes.
