Specialisations and Interests
Willie concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, share and business sales, taxation, company and competition law and corporate governance. He also advises a number of major corporate clients on strategic and restructuring issues within a commercial context.

Willie is a non-executive director of Key Motor Group and certain other private companies. He was formerly a Governor and the Chairperson of Highbury Preparatory School and Kearsney College and for some 20 years a non-executive director of a company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

Mediation Experience

Willie is an internationally accredited mediator by the Centre for Dispute resolution (CEDR), the largest independent dispute resolution body in Europe and is on the mediation panels of Tokisa Commercial and Equilore.

Willie has a special interest in alternative dispute resolution and has been both an arbitrator and a mediator in many commercial and labour disputes.
