History:

Brian has practiced law as a qualified attorney since 1969. He is in the unique position of having experience in two important disciplines; namely corporate law (mergers, acquisitions, corporate strategies involving implementation of shareholders agreements and articles of association, advising companies on strategy etc.) and dispute resolution (arbitrations and litigation).
