History:

Desiré Smit matriculated in 2000 from Windhoek High School, Windhoek, Namibia, and completed her BComm LLB degree at Stellenbosch University in 2005. After finishing her studies, Desiré started her articles at A Batchelor & Associates in 2006 and was admitted as an attorney in February 2008. In March 2021 Desiré joined Anthony Batchelor and Gerda Theron as one of the Directors at A Batchelor and Associates Incorporated.
