History:

As director in our Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Department, Luke heads up the team which specialises in business rescue and insolvency related matters. Luke was appointed as a director of Honey Attorneys in 2002.

Luke has also completed a short programme in business rescue shortly after the inception of the new Companies Act. He is passionate about commercial and estate law and has taken on various high profile cases throughout the Republic with admirable results. Luke’s dedication to his craft has earned him a solid reputation amongst his peers as being knowledgeable, honest and well respected in his fields of expertise.

Luke is a registered Business Rescue Practitioner; is on the Master of the High Court’s National Panel of Liquidators and is affiliated to SARIPA, INSOL International and TMA.
