Dean Brainin is a Johannesburg attorney and consultant at Bregman Moodley Attorneys Inc. in Killarney. His practice covers general and commercial litigation, property law, debt collection and commercial law.

Dean studied at the University of the Witwatersrand. He graduated with a BA and LLB in 2019, was named on the Dean’s List and became a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in May 2022 and has been in practice ever since.

Much of his work is for businesses and individuals who need a problem resolved without unnecessary cost or delay. Typical matters include:

Clients can choose how they pay. Dean offers fixed fees for defined pieces of work, monthly retainers for ongoing support, and hourly rates where the scope is harder to predict. The arrangement is agreed upfront, so clients know where they stand on costs.
