Yolandi M Watson

Yolandi has a BCom with specialisation in Law degree and an LLB degree. She has been with the firm since 2011 and functions as the office manager, compliance officer, attorney and conveyancer. Yolandi has extensive experience with the bond registration process from receipt of instructions to registration. She liaises with all four of the major banks (Standard Bank, Nedbank, ABSA, First National Bank) in South Africa. She further assists with FICA compliance in line with the FIC act, general office management, the transfer registration process, reporting to all financial institutions and assists in dispute resolution in both the transfer and the bond process. She also liaises with clients and ensures compliance with all the various bank’s requirements.
