Sakkie Smith is the Director of Sakkie Smith Attorneys & Prokureurs and brings more than 30 years of legal experience to the firm. He holds a BProc degree from the University of the Free State (UFS), as well as a Higher Diploma in Labour Law from North-West University. Over the course of his career, he has handled numerous high-profile matters that have received media coverage from platforms including News24, Carte Blanche and Maroela Media. His extensive litigation experience spans the Magistrates' Courts, Regional Courts and High Courts, with particular strength in criminal-law matters.
