Mr. John Thapelo Segoabe is a highly accomplished legal practitioner with a distinguished career spanning commercial litigation, international trade law, debt recovery, labour law, and public sector dispute resolution. He holds an impressive academic portfolio, including a BCom Law, an LLB, and a Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialty in Mercantile Law from North-West University.

Demonstrating his profound commitment to continuous legal mastery, he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Laws (LLD) in Trade and Business Law at the same institution. This advanced academic focus perfectly positions him to advise corporate clients on complex Business Law, International Trade Laws and Treaties, and Trade and Industry regulations. He is also a published author, having written "A Guide to Academic Excellence".

As an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Mr. Segoabe has built a formidable reputation through several senior positions. Before founding JTS Attorneys Inc, he served as the Head of Commercial Litigation at Kruger & Co Incorporated Attorneys in Pretoria, managing high-value disputes and advising prominent regulatory bodies. He also previously held the position of Head of Litigation, Correspondents and Collection Department at Lategan Viljoen en Pretorius Attorneys, where he oversaw massive debt collection mandates and civil trials.
