Yolani Dayeni

Yolani recently joined Shepstone & Wylie as an Associate in the Environmental & Clean Energy Law Department. He has experience in working for law firms which specialise in energy related projects. He has also assisted clients in the construction, engineering, and mining sectors, including employers’, contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners. His work involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, conducting legal research, and supporting dispute resolution processes through litigation, arbitration, and adjudication.
