Christo Smith is a skilled attorney with over 9 years of experience in the legal industry. He holds a LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA), obtained in 2021. During his articles of clerkship at Piet Uys Attorneys, under the guidance of Piet Uys, Christo gained great exposure to various legal domains with High Court litigation. Later he joined Wim Krynauw Attorneys as a Candidate Legal Practitioner where he was mainly exposed to High Court litigation in areas of personal injury matters with the Road Accident Fund as well as medical negligence matters. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2023. Christo currently focus on general litigation within the civil and criminal law domains and he also have a passion for divorce mediation.
