Mari Köhne (van der Walt)

Mari Köhne (van der Walt )obtained her BCom Law degree cum laude from North-West University in 2019 and completed her LLB degree cum laude at the same institution in 2021. She is currently practising as an Admitted Attorney.

Mari focuses on commercial law and has experience in the drafting of contracts, shareholders’ agreements, lease agreements, and wills. Her expertise further extends to company registrations, beneficial ownership compliance, company share certificates, residential and commercial evictions, liquidations, deceased estates, as well as inter vivos and testamentary trusts. She is passionate about providing clients with professional legal guidance and effective, practical solutions.
