Maryka Van Der Westhuizen t/a Van Der Westhuizen Attorneys (Westonaria) opened their doors during December 2022.  Our firm prouds itself on a 100 percent success rate in all matters we attended to since opening our doors.  Maryka Van Der Westhuizen started working at a small law firm in Bloemfontein during December 1995 and went from there to become an admitted attorney.

Maryka van der Westhuizen is described by clients, correspondents and opposition alike as an all-rounder with a natural instinct regarding the application of legislation on legal matters.  She also is excellent at taking the sting out of the heartache that divorce and other Family Law-related matters bring and more often than not, after a sit-down with her, the parties end up settling their disputes in an amicable fashion.
