Representative Experience:

• Assisted in a multi-jurisdictional leniency application on behalf of one of the country’s most pre-eminent airlines;
• Assisted in defending multiple complaints of engaging in restrictive practices on behalf of the largest freight and rail logistics company in the country;
• Assisted in representing one of the banks in the widely publicised litigation against the Sekunjalo Group, in the Competition Tribunal, Competition Appeal Court and Constitutional Court.
