History:

Nicole is an admitted attorney and Patent Associate at De Beer Attorneys. As a qualified South African patent attorney, Nicole is extensively involved in our patents and litigation departments. Nicole takes an interest in all aspects relating to the filing, prosecution and enforcement of patents and registered designs for local and foreign clients.

Nicole joined De Beer Attorneys after gaining experience at a prominent South African law firm that specialises in litigation and dispute resolution. There, she obtained extensive experience in all forms of dispute resolution, such as mediation, arbitration and litigation in the High Court and local Magistrate’s Courts.
