History:

After having achieved her LL.B degree in 2003, Aneen completed her LL.M in Public Law at the North West University, Potchefstroom, in 2004 whilst working as a part-time lecturer and research assistant, focusing on the adjudication of socio-economic rights. Aneen decided to move away from the academia and travelled and worked in London, where she was employed by Hutchinson Mainprice Solicitors. After returning to South Africa, she completed her articles at Honey Attorneys and was admitted as an attorney in 2008. Aneen was appointed as Director at Honey Attorneys in 2018.

Aneen is a member of our dispute resolution team and has a keen interest and specialises in personal injury claims, insurance law and veld fire claims.
