History:

Ms. Uys completed both her BCom Law and LLB degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand. Ms. Uys worked as a candidate attorney at Simpson – Van Niekerk Attorneys where she gained experience in general litigation, collections, family law and contractual law.

After Ms. Uys was admitted, she worked as an attorney at Wapenaar Attorneys Inc where she expanded her knowledge to other areas of the law, including wills & estates, labour law and criminal law. She subsequently joined the Cavanagh & Richards team at the Middelburg branch (Mpumalanga).
