History:

Lutho was born in East London in 1993. He attended Cambridge High School where he was a prefect in his matric year and also represented Border Chess at various age groups. After completing high school, Lutho attended the University of Fort Hare where he played Varsity Shield rugby in 2015.

In 2016 Lutho obtained his LLB, attended the Law School of East London and also worked at the University of Fort Hare’s law clinic for which he received an award from the Pro Bono Organisation for being the top law student at the University Law Clinic.

In 2017 Lutho joined IC Clark Inc. as a candidate attorney and also served as a member of the East London Candidate Attorney Association. Lutho was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2018. His areas of practice include Road Accident Fund claims, personal injury claims, medical negligence and family law.

As of March 2021, Lutho has been a director at IC Clark Incorporated. In June 2021, he was nominated and won the award in the Law and Justice category at the Eastern Cape Youth Awards.

He is also a lecturer at the local law school and is passionate about imparting knowledge on the up and coming legal practitioners. His main areas of practice consist mainly of administrative law, Road Accident Fund matters, personal injury, medical negligence, family law, general magistrates’ court and high court litigation.

In his spare time, Lutho enjoys playing chess, watching series, rugby and spending time with his family.
