OUR HISTORY & STAFF COMPLIMENT

GSM was founded in 1995 by Grant Gunston in Cape Town. In just over 27 years, the firm has expanded into a trusted and reputable concern offering a full range of services, in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban, South Africa. Currently, we have a staff complement of over 40 employees which is made up of our professional staff and backed up by a dedicated and specialised support team. We have also developed a strong, value-matched, broad network of business partners. We place a high premium on offering our clients value in the form of quality legal services at reasonable rates, delivered with professionalism, integrity, efficient administration, and excellent communication throughout.

COMMITTED TO GENUINE TRANSFORMATION

We, as a firm, have been intentional in prioritising transformation, and have worked hard, not just with the codes but more importantly in seeking to empower those that have been disadvantaged by apartheid. The two issues (true transformation and the codes) should and (though imperfectly) do talk to one another, and so we are particularly pleased to have seen our intentions reflected in our numbers, as we maintain our B-BBEE Level 1 status.
