We provide debt collection services to a variety of clients ranging from corporate, to municipal as well as personal debt.

Municipality - City of Johannesburg

We have the pleasure to partner with Ngoqomola Revenue Services, a sister company to our law firm which is on the debt collection panel for the City of Johannesburg.

We provide legal advice and litigation services where such is necessary especially for high value litigious debts

Opinion

The firm does furnish legal advices, drafting and furnishing opinions on various legal issues.

Fees

Our fee structure is based on existing and acceptable tariffs, guidelines and standards existing in the legal fraternity and sanctioned by the Law Society of South Africa. We have an open door policy to discuss and/or negotiate with  clients in regards to a fee structure that is accommodative of a client and discuss our clients’ reasonable request
