History:

Kuben started his legal career as a candidate attorney with Pather & Pather Attorneys in 2010. In 2012 he was taken on as an Associate and in 2015 he was appointed as a Director where he continues to play an integral role to the Firm.

He specialises in High Court litigation and has litigated out of various Courts throughout the country, including the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court.
