Khashifa qualified with the degrees BA(Law) and LLB from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal. She served her articles at Zubeda Seedat& Company in KZN mostly specializing with 3rd party claims and family law matters. Khashifa was admitted as attorney in 2009 and has her rights of appearance in the High Court of South Africa, The Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court. Khashifa is a seasoned multi-disciplined litigator and Family Law practitioner who joined MacRobert in 2019 as a Senior Associate in the Medical Law Department, specializing in Medical Negligence Litigation. She holds a Certificate for an Introduction to Medical law. Khashifa also specializes in Corporate and Commercial matters as well as Family Law and holds a certificate for Divorce Mediation.
