Nicolene is the Director of the Conveyancing Department. She is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public. She deals with all Conveyancing related matters, which includes Property Transfers (Conventional and Sectional Title), Mortgage Bond registrations and Bond Cancellations. She deals with the opening of different types of Townships and Sectional Title Schemes. She deals with all matters relating to Notarial Practice and Authentication of documents for use in different countries. She also has experience in registering servitudes and the consolidation and subdivision of property.
