Nonsikelelo is an Admitted attorney, practising as a Professional Assistant at T Mukwani attorneys. She gained civil litigation experience in working as a Candidate attorney at the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, State Attorneys office, Johannesburg. After a year of articles, she ceded to T.S. Nkosi Attorneys where she completed her articles and obtained her Admission.

Nonsikelelo was involved in uplifting the communities and as such was a Legal Assistant at the Soweto Law Clinic. She further offered her voluntary services at Zonkizizwe Police Station and at the State Attorneys office.
