Adv Lesego was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2002. He served and successfully completed the pupillage programme at the Johannesburg Society of Advocates. In 2003 he commenced practise and took membership of The L. Pitje Chamber in Johannesburg. Lesego was exposed to Criminal, Constitutional and Commercial Law. He presided over various Employer initiated disciplinary proceedings involving the Employees, as well as, acting as the Employer prosecutor in numerous disciplinary proceedings. He also appeared at the CCMA and the Labour Court for numerous clients.In 2005, Lesego took leave of absence from the Bar and took employment with the South African Revenue Service (SARS), where was employed in the Employee Relations Department as the Employee Relations Manager. He was then further promoted to the Corporate Legal Services Department within SARS.In 2009 he rejoined the Bar practising as an Advocate on a full-time basis and is part of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation at Maluks Attorneys & Corporate Law Advisors since August 2019.
