History:

Waseem is a Senior Associate in the firm’s corporate and commercial litigation department. He holds a LLB from the University of Pretoria and received recognition for Excellent Research Dissertation during his tenure at the University. He joined MacRobert Incorporated in 2014 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2016.

Waseem specialises in all forms of dispute resolution. He has extensive knowledge and experience in various fields of the law ranging from Company, Franchise, Contracts, Public, Administrative and Constitutional. He also has a well-established insolvency law and business rescue practice and is well versed in the prosecution of insolvency proceedings and enquiries. Waseem has been involved in a number of high profile commercial disputes and frequently advises clients in the retail, manufacturing, security, public, films and publications, property, automotive & banking industries.
