History:

Richard Glyn has acted on behalf of various bank consortia in respect of the financing of major capital expenditure, for example, the construction and operation of the Alusaf project at Richards Bay, the structuring of financial packages for the full variety of assets including aircraft, ships, projects with local authorities and quasi-governmental authorities, oil rigs, various types of manufacturing and processing plants, telecommunications and utilities.

He has been involved in numerous cross-border deals entailing the negotiation and implementation of structures through various jurisdictions including leasing and foreign tax credit deals, and has worked in co-operation with leading UK and US attorneys.

Richard Glyn has experience in project finance for the financing and operation of toll roads, airports, water and plants.
