Ruan Fourie, an admitted attorney holds both a BCom and a LLB degree from the North West University, Potchefstroom Campus and is enrolled on a part-time basis for a LLM degree in Estate Law, to be obained during 2020.
He commenced his articles at VEW - Van Eck Windell - Attorneys on 3 January 2018, where he was admitted and enrolled as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, North West Division, Mahikeng on 28 February 2020.
As head of the firm's Wills and Estates Department, he ably assists in estate planning, the proper drafting of Wills and ultimately, families in the timeous finalisation of deceased estates, which some may consider as a potential minefield.
He has amongst others, obtained extensive training in Litigation and Debt Collection and is considered as a worthy and watchful opponent, not only in Court.
