Margaret was admitted as an Attorney and a Conveyancer in the 1990’s and managed a Conveyancing practice for 5 years until the year 2000. For a short period Margaret practised as an Administrator of Deceased Estates and from 2002 until present, has been attending to the registration of conveyancing transactions at the King William’s Town Deeds Office, employed by a local King Williams Town firm in the position of a Senior Associate in their Conveyancing Department.
Over the years Margaret has developed an in-depth understanding of the Deeds Office policies, procedures and practices, which she invariably finds of great assistance in improving her service levels for the benefit of correspondents. In addition thereto Margaret has a very good working relationship with the Deeds Office staff and is one of the most experienced and respected Deeds Office practitioners in King Williams Town.
