History:

Benita graduated cum laude from the University of Witwatersrand in 2013, and won the Gildenhuys Lessing Malatji award for the highest mark obtained in the subject Evidence. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information and Communications Law.

Benita is experienced in commercial litigation in all courts, Family Law (divorce, parental responsibilities and rights and maintenance), Labour Law (conciliation and arbitration matters at the CCMA, labour court matters, and the chairing of disciplinary hearings).
